Client reviews

Would highly recommend Raluca for all your real estate needs. She recently handled the sale and purchase of our homes. Although we had mixed feelings selling our family home of over 20 years, Raluca found us a wonderful home, making that transition a lot easier. She is very knowledgeable about the market and was always available for any questions we had. If you are looking for an agent who is dedicated, professional and hardworking, then Raluca is the agent for you.

Mike and Sue

Wonderful and Tailored Real Estate Representation! My wife and I heard amazing things about your service and you did not let us down. We enjoyed Raluca's profesionalism, she gave us the space, tools, and time that we needed to find our first home. She is highly recommended for her amazing accountability and for the start to finish support. Thank you again Raluca for your wonderful support in our home buying journey

Fernando & Antonella

Best realtor ever, she always has a solution for everything. We moved last year at a time when it was very difficult to find the ideal home but she did it!

Victor & Alba

Raluca is absolutely amazing to deal with. She gets back to you very promptly no matter how busy she is or what she's dealing with on her end. Very selfless person who just looks out for her clients needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Raluca for your real estate needs!

Ammad & Maha

We have never felt so comfortable dealing with a relator as we did with Raluca! Moving can be very stressful yet Raluca made us feel at ease without any pressure and lots of advice to make our own decisions. She was very knowledgable, professional and went above and beyond to help us through the purchasing of our new home and the selling of our old. I highly recommend Raluca and will be calling her if we ever decide to move again.

Kelly & Dylan

To say Raluca cares about her clients and the quality of service they receive, would be an understatement! She has been our realtor for roughly 6 years now. Three homes later... we trust her more than ever. She puts her heart and soul into every purchase and sale we’ve had and always has our best interest at heart. Her wisdom and confidence gives us peace of mind. In the past we have had a few rushed sales and as we normally would stress in that situation, she makes it seem so flawless and effortless and takes the weight and stress right off our shoulders. Professionalism at its finest. 100% highly recommend her for your next purchase or sale or both!!!

TRISH RAGAZZON

We were so fortunate to have found Raluca as she was very friendly and focused. She answered all our questions with reliable facts and her professionalism, hard work, honesty, mentorship and knowledge was just amazing! She respected our goals and our needs and throughout the time showed shes more service oriented than sales. She spent so much time giving us ideas on staging and provided us objective datas and comparables so we can make the best decision. What I most adored about Raluca was she genuinely cares and respected it's our first home and helped us have a reasonable expectation as to the pricing of the home so that it doesn't just sit on the market. Her honesty sets a true picture of the market and it was super easy communicating with her. Both my husband and I would reccomend her to anyone and I'm so happy she crossed paths when we most needed her mentorship. Thank you Raluca! Cynthiya and Raj

CYNTHIYA AND RAJ

Highly recommend Raluca if your looking to buy or sell. High quality service and beyond professional. She’s not pushy, but she’s there to help and guide you with what your looking for. JWSM ELECTRIC

If you are looking for a realtor that you can be sure has your best interest in mind, then look no further. Our deal was unorthodox to say the least but Raluca navigated it with ease and professionalism. She always communicated with us and ensuring we were completely satisfied every step of the way. Thanks Raluca for making, what we thought was impossible, possible.

RYAN AND CRYSTAL BEATTIE

We were looking for a very specific property and Raluca was consistently invested in our family's interest to find the right home. We are so grateful for her knowledge, patience and supporting us through each step to buying and selling our home. She has made the process seemless!

AMANDA RAGAZZON

Raluca listened to what we needed in a home and ensures that we did not compromise on items that we wanted. She was honest about if she thought a house was a good fit and was always willing and available to take us to look. She did this all when the market was at its highest 4 years ago and houses were going well over asking. She kept our outlook positive and found us a beautiful house that I am happy to call home. thank you!

MARY KEEBLE

Raluca had our best interests in mind during the entire process of purchasing a home. She was available at any time that we contacted her. Seemingly complicated matters were simplified and explained by Raluca as she made us feel comfortable and informed. Would highly recommend Raluca for buying or selling your home.

RICK AND DEBRA HOBBS

Our experience with Raluca was nothing short of incredible. We have worked with other realtors in the past but working with Raluca was top notch. She is driven by her knowledge and experience but also by her compassion and desire to find you the perfect home. She was very mindful of our wants and needs with keeping our budget in mind. Plus, she is wonderful to get along with and has a great sense of humour! She even went as far as to remind us of the steps we needed to take after we moved (changing our address with the ministry). We moved in mid December and I couldn’t get our lock box open and she was going to drive in THE MIDDLE OF A SNOW STORM to help me get it open. That is the sort of realtor you want on your side. We are very happy in our new home and would definitely go with Raluca again. I could not recommend her enough. She goes above and beyond for her clients and we are very grateful for her hard work!

THE GRAHAM FAMILY

Raluca sold our home for us and we found her to be very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Raluca used highly skilled professionals for staging, photography and video. We would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to us Raluca again for any real estate dealings ourselves.

LLOYD AND BRENDA LEY

My husband and I recently sold our home . We interviewed three realtors prior to selecting Raluca.. The reason for our choice was, 1. Her professional approach, 2. Her pleasant personality and 3 . Her knowledge of the area. She did not disappoint, or waste our time with unnecessary showings, She target marketed, and our home was sold both quickly and at a price with which we were more than happy…

BILL AND MARIA GRAY

Raluca recently sold our home in Innisfil and helped us relocate to Alliston. I can't speak highly enough of her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. Raluca always goes above and beyond and really understands the real estate world. She was always there to answer all of our questions and helped me stay tame, as I tend to get overwhelmed easily. I will definitely refer Raluca to anyone that I know, as she definitely knows how to set herself apart from the rest! Thank you so much for everything Raluca! We appreciate all of your hard work more than you'll ever know!

MICHAEL AND JENNIFER COOK

We needed a real estate agent in Alliston, and through a mutual friend, we were introduced to Raluca. In a very short period of time, she handled the sale of our home in Toronto, and the purchase of a home in Alliston. While at times we were almost panicked, Raluca was always calm and very professional. We are thrilled with the results that Raluca got for us and wouldn't hesitate to use her services again, or to recommend her to any of our family or friends.

ROBERT AND ELAINE MINNEMA

My Fiancé and I were extremely pleased with quality of service and professionalism we received from Raluca. She is truly a great realtor! Always organized, personable, and very knowledgable. She knew exactly what we were looking for and found us the perfect home for our family. Buying and selling with her was a breeze. We were so worried about buying a home before selling ours first, but with her expertise, she sold our house within a few days of being on the market! Overall, it was a stress free experience on our part, thanks to all her hard work!
